My design process is grounded in design thinking and driven by data, ensuring robust and user-centric solutions. It comprises five key stages: Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test. In the Empathize stage, I conduct thorough research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability tests, to deeply understand the user's needs and pain points. During the Define stage, I analyze the collected data to identify key insights and define clear, actionable design goals, often creating personas and user journey maps. The Ideate stage involves brainstorming and generating creative solutions, focusing on innovative yet practical ideas. In the Prototype stage, I develop wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma and Framer, ensuring they are both functional and accessible. The Test stage is crucial; I conduct rigorous user testing sessions to gather feedback, iteratively refining the prototypes based on user data to ensure they deliver a robust and excellent user experience. This design thinking approach allows me to create solutions that are not only innovative but also thoroughly tested and validated through continuous user involvement.
